What if I miss a ZOOM class?

No worries—replays are available 24/7!

What equipment do I need for virtual workouts?

Many of our workouts use just your bodyweight, and we always offer modifications.

That said, here’s what we recommend to get the most out of your classes. The links below will take you to examples of the same equipment we use in the studio—but feel free to use any brand or version that works for you!

I am new to fitness can I still join?

Our virtual classes are designed for those with some familiarity with bodyweight or dumbbell exercises. If you're new to fitness, we recommend starting with our ‘Mat Pilates’ Workouts or 'Fit & Functional' series led by Marie or the 'Movement Studio Basics' workouts. These programs focus on building foundational strength and confidence, preparing you for our broader class offerings.
