Once you purchase, you'll get a short intake email so I can learn about your goals, schedule, equipment, and training history. Based on that, Monica will build a plan just for you—complete with:

  • Direct video links for every movement

  • Specific Movement Studio workout replays (where helpful)

  • Weekly structure to follow with confidence
