  • What is ELEVATE?

    ELEVATE is our 10-week phased strength training cycle built to challenge you with intention and track your progress weekly.
    Each workout includes a test-in so you know exactly where you start, measure improvements, and see the proof of your strength upgrades as the weeks stack.

  • What You Get

    10 weeks of coached training you can do in the studio, live on Zoom, or on replay.
    One benchmark test-in in every workout. Progress tracked weekly.
    Five training sessions per week, plus one active recovery and mobility workout.
    Included in all memberships.

  • Who can do ELELVATE?

    ELEVATE is built for anyone who wants intentional, structured strength training and weekly progress tracking.
    If you’re comfortable with core bodyweight and dumbbell training, and you want a plan that proves you’re improving, this program is for you.

    If you’re unsure where to begin, you can always start out with the Movement Studio Basics Workouts to build confidence and form. Then jump into ELEVATE and track your progress from week to week.

  • Program Cost

    All memberships include access to the ELEVATE.

    Virtual Only Memberships are $34 per month. Virtual with In-Studio Access Memberships are $54 per month.

  • Equipment:

    ESSENTIAL: Dumbbells (Light, Medium, Heavy is ideal, but use what you have!) & Resistance Bands (Booty Band, Long Band)

    OPTIONAL: Step/Bench -Glider - Jump Rope
