Starts Summer 2025

  • 🌞 JUNE – Strong & Balanced

    June kicks off our Summer Series with a focus on building strength with control, improving balance, and reconnecting to the foundations of movement.

    This month is all about moving with intention—while still getting strong, sweaty, and supported. We’ll use tempo training, unilateral strength, and core-focused circuits to help you maintain your strength and mobility, even as summer heats up.

    Whether you're joining us in the studio, on Zoom, or catching the replay—each class this month is designed to make you feel grounded, strong, and ready for more.

  • 🔥 JULY – Sweat & Shred

    July turns up the heat with conditioning-based workouts that build endurance, boost energy, and keep your body moving strong—no matter where summer takes you.

    We’ll blend strength with cardio in a way that challenges without burning you out. Expect sweaty circuits, bodyweight options perfect for travel, and fun weekly finishers to keep things exciting. You’ll feel leaner, lighter, and more energized with every session.

  • 💥 AUGUST – Power & Performance

    August brings it home with a performance-based phase designed to rebuild strength and prepare your body for fall training.

    We’ll reintroduce heavier lifts, explosive strength work, and athletic-style circuits that challenge coordination, speed, and control. This final phase of the Summer Series will leave you feeling strong, powerful, and ready for what’s next.

    Set your final streak goal and finish the summer strong. We’ll be celebrating all the wins at the end of the month!

Summer Strong Streak Challenge

Set Your Summer Goal. Stay On Track. Finish Strong.

  • At the start of each month, set a personal goal for how many Movement Studio workouts you want to complete

  • Each day you complete a studio class (live, Zoom, or replay) = 1 streak point

  • We’ll check in weekly inside our Facebook group

  • End-of-month shoutouts for everyone who hits their streak goal! 🎉

Note: This challenge is only for Movement Studio classes. Running, biking, etc. are great—but don’t count toward your Summer Streak.
