FAQ’s

  • We offer many bodyweight workouts and show modifications if you don’t have specific equipment. Here is a list of recommend equipment in order of what is used the most in classes:

    MOST USED: Dumbbells : Booty Band : Long Resistance Band : Step

    OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Figure 8 Band (ultra toner), Jump Rope, Gliders or Scooters, Stability Ball, Sponge Ball, Cardio Equipment i.e. Bike or Treadmill

  • Most of our members Livestream the workouts. We use ZOOM to Livestream, so make sure you have that downloaded to your computer or phone.

    Using this website or the app go to the “Schedule” tab. Click “sign up” for the virtual class you want to take and then you will click “launch class” to enter the livestream.

    You can also sign up in advance and you will get an email with a link to join.

    You can have your camera on or off during the livestream, but we love when you have it on. It provides a little extra accountability to you during class, and we have real time interactions with the livestream. It makes you really feel as if you are in the room working out with everyone, even from afar! You may be miles away but you will be on the big screen in the studio with everyone during the workout.

  • Make sure you sign up for each class in studio. The studio will open 10 minutes before class.

    Gone are the days of saving a spot or rushing to make sure you get one. Once you sign up you have a spot in the room. You can pick from ANY spot to use in the room when you come.

    Bring water, and your indoor shoes. Optional but not required is to bring your own mat.

    The studio provides all the equipment needed for classes, sweat towels and extra water if you run out.

    The studio has a lobby to put your coats and outdoor shoes and 2 restrooms.

  • The best part of being a Movement Studio Member is that you can do ALL of the workouts anytime & anywhere that works best for you. We have over 1,500 workouts that you can pick from.

    You can use the filter on the “On Demand” tab to search by format, equipment, instructor, length and more so you can quickly find any workout.

    Those workouts and the most recent workouts are pinned to the top of the library.

    All workouts get uploaded to the website and the app the same day.

  • Yes! You can pay per class if you don’t want to purchase a membership. You must pre-sign up for any In Studio or Livestream classes. Use the “Schedule” tab on the website or app to sign up for the class you want to take. If you can’t make the live class, you can also pay per class replay in our “On Demand” tab.

  • 1. Click in the upper right where it says "Login" (the login can be found on the “Schedule”, “On Demand” or “Challenges” tab)

    2. Once logged in you'll see a small circle with either your profile image or the first letter of your name. Click on that profile image and choose "Active Packages”

    3. Click on the 3 small dots to next to any active purchase or subscription

    4. Enter new credit card information and save!
