Movement Studio is a Hybrid Fitness Studio combining Virtual and In Person Classes. We offer Strength, Cardio, Yoga, Mat Pilates, HIIT, Low Impact, Cycling, and so many more workout options!

A no excuse program. Movement Studio allows you to get in shape on your schedule.  You can do the workouts at home, on the road, or in the studio.  These workouts will help you reach your fitness goals in no time!

During the COVID-19 Pandemic, a Positive Community of amazing members was built through a Facebook Group and the workouts they did together. This group has now grown into a business Movement Studio!

 The Movement Community

It is so much more than just the workouts. Once you join you are part of our community. You show up at your level, and there are no judgments. What you get is a group that supports, encourages and holds you accountable. You end up working harder and doing more than you could on your own, because even though you are not in the same room, the energy of this group is felt in every workout! You are part of a team. Once you become a member all the workouts are included in your membership. You can join and cancel at anytime, no contracts, or extra fees.
